Terminally ill reality TV star Jade Goody was granted her last wish when she was allowed home to be with her little sons.

Tearful husband Jack Tweed held her hand throughout the one-and-a-half-hour ambulance journey from hospital, The Sun reported in it's online edition.

The cancer-stricken Big Brother TV star desperately wanted to be "at home surrounded by love — and having as many kisses and cuddles from the boys as she can get before she goes".

Goody's  mother Jackiey arrived at the house in Upshire, Essex, with balloons bearing the word "Mum".  She hoped Goody would be given them by sons Bobby, five, and Freddie, four. "The boys will be over the moon when they get home from school," Jackie said.

The boys, who last saw Goody at the weekend when they were christened alongside her in the chapel of London’s Royal Marsden Hospital, were expected to see her providing she was well enough.

Three cancer support nurses will work in shifts to ensure one of them is with Jade 24 hours a day.

"Home is where she wants to be. She is just hoping they can keep on top of the pain so she can get as good a quality of life as possible for however long she has left. She wants to spend the time with Jack and the boys and all those close to her," her spokesman Max Clifford said.

A bouquet of flowers from singer Amy Winehouse was also taken into Goody's house. A pal of the singer said, "Amy has been very moved by Jade's illness. She told Jade on a card she was thinking of her."
