Somdev, Bopanna lose at qualifying stage of Delray Beach

There will be no Indian competing in the singles event of the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships as both Somdev Devvarman and Rohan Bopanna failed to make the main draw, losing their qualifying matches.
    
Bopanna made a first round exit, losing to American John Isner 2-6, 1-6 while Somdev went down fighting 5-7, 4-6 against America's Ryan Sweeting.

While Somdev's campaign has come to an end, Bopanna and Jarrko Niemenin of Finland will team up for the doubles event.
    
They will take on Paul Capdeville of Chile and Evgeny Korolev of Russia in the first round.
