League Cup semis draw announced

LONDON: Holders Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United could meet in the English League Cup final after the last two Premier League clubs left in the competition were kept apart in the semifinals draw. Tottenham will play Burnley and Manchester United take on Derby County. The first leg will be played on January 5, while the return leg will be played on January 19.  Tottenham, which rallied to beat Watford 2-1 in its
quarterfinals, will host the first match of the semifinals round.
