LONDON: Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan used the derogatory word 'coloured' while talking about president-elect Barack Obama in an interview.
       
"It's an amazing feeling. It's our first coloured president, so I'm thrilled to be a part of the country while that's going on," Lohan said in an interview while discussing her excitement over Obama's victory in US presidential elections, the Mirror reported.
       
The 'Mean Girls' star was talking about her role in 'Ugly Betty'.
       
The star said she was at a friend's house in Los Angeles on the election night but rushed back home with her girlfriend DJ Samantha Ronson to watch the results.
       
Though the 22-year-old actress has supported Obama in an election rally but she also favoured his rival John McCain.        

"I got chills during Obama's speech," she said, "And McCain's too. I thought they were both great." the actress said.
