People should decide my future plan: Chiranjeevi

HYDERABAD: Seeking to reach out to the people with his message of social justice, actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi said on Thursday he would act as a bridge for the people to achieve the goal of true democracy.
     
"You should decide what my future plan of action is. You decide what you want me to do for you. We (the masses) should be our own rulers. I will be a bridge in this process," he said.
     
Chiranjeevi was speaking at a function where a former TDP legislator from East Godavari district T Trimurthulu joined the actor's Praja Rajyam Party.
     
Trimurthulu is the latest entrant into Praja Rajyam in continuing political migrations from other parties. The kin of two senior TDP leaders joined the party on Wednesday.
     
TDP MP from Warangal E Dayakar Rao's brother E Pradeep Rao and senior legislator and Politburo member Y Ramakrishnudu's brother Y Venkat Rao joined Praja Rajyam in the presence of Chiranjeevi.
