On Monday, teen heartthrob Priyanka Chopra was seen taking part in a shooting schedule at Man Sagar near Jal Mahal in the city for a yet-to-be-aired commercial for a scooty to be driven by the fairer sex.
Clad in black top and a sporty jacket, Priyanka reached the location site and without wasting any time, she sat down with the director of the shot to learn what was expected of her.
Soon, the director after being satisfied with the arrangement was ready to roll the camera. He called the former Miss World who was accompanied by more than 20 attractive girls. All of them were given direction to drive their respective vehicles in a formation with the Bollywood star leading the pack.
Thereafter, takes and re-takes followed. Reason: Sometimes the heroine of hit movies like Andaaz, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Aitraaz, Waqt, Krrish and Don rode her two-wheeler smoothly but her followers flunked while at times, the story was the other way round. Finally, after almost 20 takes, the shot was captured.
Some onlookers, with eyes literally popping out, had rushed to the spot and joined the curious battery of journalists. But, as ill luck would have it, the crew and Priyanka did not oblige them. But, she made it a point to individually compliment all the girls taking part in the shot and posed for photographs with them.
