BANAGLORE: At the first-ever tri-nation workshop on Science, Technology and Innovation of China-India-US, organised, which began on Tuesday at the National Institute for Advanced Studies in Bangalore, Kapil Sibal, the Science and Technology Minister, said the deal would create collaborative opportunities in research missions.
“The nuclear deal will create a platform for collaboration between universities, private enterprises and at the state level by lifting ban on dual-use technologies,” he said adding that “It will also lead to more investments.”
