Reliance Retail launches third 'Footprint' store

Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Retail on Saturday said it will open up to 20 outlets of its speciality store 'Reliance Footprint' across the country within one year.

NEW DELHI: Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Retail on Saturday said it will open up to 20 outlets of its speciality store 'Reliance Footprint' across the country within one year.
    
"Over a span of  one year, we intend to open 15-20 stores in India, out of which around nine would be located in Delhi and NCR," Reliance Retail Footwear Chief Executive G Shankar said while launching the third store here.
    
The company has already opened 'Footprint' stores offering a range of footwears, handbags and accessories from leading national and international brands at Hyderabad and Bangalore and the next one will be launched in Greater Noida in March.
    
The new store, spread over 7,500 square feet, offers a range of over 25,000 products catering to entire family. The portfolio of includes about 50 brands like Geox, Ecco, Josef Seibel, Rockport, Hush Puppies, Flosheim, Lee Cooper, Clarks, Levis, Piccadilly, Azaleia and Dr Scholl's for men and women.
    
While the kids range includes Crocs and Disney and sports range offers brands like Nike, Addidas, Reebok, Puma and Kappa.
    
The company is also offering products under its private labels like Mancini, Tosca, Viviana, Pitter Patter and Tom Sawyer.
    
It has nine retail formats, including 'Reliance Fresh', hypermarket 'Reliance Mart', minimart format 'Reliance Super', and five speciality stores -- Reliance Digital, Reliance Trendz, Reliance Wellness, Reliance Footprints, Reliance Jewels and Reliance Time Out.
