NEW DELHI: Delhi Police on Saturday filed a supplementary chargesheet in a court here against the mastermind of the 2005 pre-diwali blast which left 62 people dead in a crowded south Delhi market, claiming they had more evidence against him.
   
The chargesheet was filed against Tariq Ahmed Dar in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Babu Lal which mentioned his call details allegedly establishing that he was in touch with LeT operatives Abu Al Kama and others to hatch the conspiracy.
    
The call records, before and after the blast pointed to the complicity of the accused in the case, the police alleged in today's chargesheet, which also names Mohd Hussain and Mohd Rafiq Shah as the accused.
    
Dar and his associates are charged with the offences under various provisions of the IPC and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, including those pertaining to sedition and waging war against the country.
    
Details of hawala transactions involving Dar and others also found mention in the chargesheet.
