Parsvnath launches group housing project at Sonepat

NEW DELHI: Real estate player Parsvnath Developers Ltd on Friday said it has launched a high-end group housing project in Sonepat, Haryana, spread across 28 acres of land.

The residential complex - Parsvnath Preston - would offer over 1,200 units and has an expected realisation of Rs 450 crore in the next three years, the company said in a release.

"Parsvnath Preston is a specially designed project for our customers for a comfortable and affordable living. With this project, we will be able to further establish our footprints in Sonepat, which is the next preferred destination in NCR," Parsvnath Developers Chairman Pradeep Jain said.
   
The project would be ready for occupancy in a period of three years from the date of commencement of construction, the statement said.
   
Parsvnath Preston is a part of Parsvnath City, a township project which would also have school, healthcare facilities, shopping mall and club.
