GHAZIABAD: A special CBI court on Wednesday reserved its order in the Nithari serial killings case after victim Pinki Sarkar's mother on Wednesday accused CBI and other officials of killing her husband.

Additional District Judge (ADJ) Rama Jain reserved the order for November 21 after CBI lawyers demanded time to cross examination victim's mother Vandana again in wake of the allegation that CBI officials killed her husband Jatin Sarkar.

The defense argued that the allegation was not mentioned in her earlier statement. However, the request for Vandana's re-examination was strongly opposed by her lawyer Khalid Khan.

Meanwhile, the court also fixed the same day for hearing the application moved by Khalid Khan for naming Moninder Singh Pandher, who is the prime accused in Nithari killings, and Dinesh Yadav, former DSP of Noida, as accused in the Pinki Sarkar murder case.

Earlier both, Pandher and Yadav, were made accused in Payal murder case through a similar process of court against CBI's clean chit to them in all cases.

Following a petition filed by Vandana, the Supreme Court had already ordered West Bengal police to file a case against CBI and other Noida officials of murdering her husband, who was drowned to death on September 30, 2007.
