Benazir thanks UAE for helping in deal with Musharraf

DUBAI: Former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhuto has thanked the UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his efforts to bring conciliation between PPP and President Pervez Musharraf.
    
The official Emirates news agency said Benazir met the UAE president in Abu Dhabi on Saturday and thanked the UAE leader for his reconciliation efforts.
    
She also expressed gratitude to the UAE for its role in helping Pakistani people and in the development projects there.
    
Sheikh Khalifa reiterated UAE's strongest keenness on the stability of Pakistan and its economic development.
