Seven IAS officers transferred in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra govt on Tuesday transferred seven IAS officers, including Satish Tripathi, Additional Chief Secretary in the General Administration Department.

MUMBAI: The Maharashtra government on Tuesday transferred seven IAS officers, including Satish Tripathi, Additional Chief Secretary in the General Administration Department.

Tripathi, who belongs to the 1972 IAS batch, has been shifted as Additional Chief Secretary (Service) in the same department, official sources said here.

Additional Chief Secretary (Appeals) in the Revenue andForest Department, R Gopal (1972 batch), will succeedTripathi.

Managing Director, Maharashtra State Petroleum Corporation, Ranjana Sinha (1975 batch), has been shifted as Principal Secretary (Appeals) in the Revenue and Forest Department, they added.
