Warrant against JD(U) leader

MUZAFFARPUR: A court here on monday issued a non-bailable warrant of arrest againt former Lok Sabha MP and JD(U) leader Anand Mohan in connection with a case relating to atrocity on a dalit.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Rai Bijendra Choudhary ordered issue of the warrant after taking cognizance of a complaint filed by a police inspector Paras Nath Paswan.

Paswan, then attached to the Mithanpura police station here, alleged Anand Mohan had assaulted and misbehaved with him in 2006."Our men are at the job to execute the warrant of arrest against Mohan", a senior district police official said.
