KOLKATA: Former BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya on Thursday moved an application before a city court claiming that the documents supplied by the Indian Cricket Board on the PILCOM account controversy were not legible.

Dalmiya, in his application before the city civil court Chief Judge P K Sarkar, stated that the photo copies of hundreds of bank documents had black spots and were not legible.

As such, he sought a direction of the court to the BCCI for supplying fresh copies and also to give him more time for sending his reply to the Board.

The court had earlier given seven days to the Board to supply the documents to Dalmiya and another 10 days to Dalmiya for giving his reply.

The court had directed the Board to summon Dalmiya before its disciplinary Committee, if it required, within another seven days.

The matter is likely to be taken up by the court on Friday.
