Mercado wins 10th stage of Tour de France

PAU: Spain's Juan Miguel Mercado of Agritubel won the Tour de France's 10th stage, the first of two days in the Pyrenees mountains on Wednesday after 190.5km of racing.

Frenchman Cyril Dessel took the race leader's yellow jersey from Ukrainian Serhiy Honchar, who was still to ride in with the rest of the peloton at nearly ten minutes adrift.
