KATHMANDU: A small, twin-engine aircraft belonging to a private Nepali airline with nine people on board crashed in the west of the country on Wednesday, an airport official said.
The plane was going from Surkhet to Jumla, about 350 kilometres west of Kathmandu.
Details of the crash were not immediately available as it took place in a remote area with poor communications, he said.
