Owen doesn't look good for Cup return: Sven

COLOGNE: England striker Michael Owen could be ruled out of the World Cup finals after injuring his knee in their Group B 2-2 draw with Sweden on Tuesday, coach Sven-Goran Eriksson told a TV interviewer.

When asked if fans had seen the last in the tournament of the prolific striker who crawled off after twisting badly in only the second minute, Eriksson said: "Maybe, I'm not sure yet. I hope not but it doesn't look good at all."
