HLL flat comes with Rs15-cr tag

Hindustan Lever Ltd (HLL) has put a duplex apartment in Breach Candy on the block. Spread over 3,110 sqft super built (carpet area is 2,755 sqft) area, the 4 BHK flat is on the 13th floor overlooking the sea.

The asking price of Rs 15 crore (negotiable) has sent realtors in a tizzy as the figure could work out to roughly Rs50,000 per sqft. Flats in Breach Candy are currently sold at the rate of Rs 30,000 to Rs 32,000 per sqft.

HLL has got international real estate consultants Cushman and Wakefield to negotiate the deal on its behalf.
