Three escape from Borivli court lockup

Three accused escaped from Borivli court lockup on Monday evening, while the policemen were busy to helping one of the accused who had allegedly suffered an heart attack. They had been brought from Thane jail to Borivli court for hearing. The three have been identified as Rizwan Noor Mohamed Mansoori, Ritesh Rajbhar and Jitesh Dusangi. Noor was arrested in a chain snatching case and Rajbhar and Dusangi were arrested in house breaking cases.

Deputy commissioner, police, Mahesh Patil of Zone XI said, “Around 5pm, one of the accused, suffered from heart attack and the police were helping him. Taking chance, they escaped.”The Borivli police have registered a case under Sec 224 of IPC
