While the Shiv Sena is berating Salman Khan for his 26/11 remarks to a Pakistani channel, MNS chief Raj Thackeray has come out in his support. “I know Salman very well, and it is impossible that he would say something like this. Some media channels have picked up a few lines of his interview out of context. We should see the complete interview and then make any comments,” he said.
He also demanded that TV channels show how Salman criticised Pakistan on the issue of terrorism. “I do not think he has made any anti-India statements, so the question of him apologising does not arise,” he said. “He blasted Pakistan for terrorist activities and that is being kept hidden by his critics.”
