Man who killed wife, two kids arrested in Mumbai

The 42-year-old technician, who allegedly killed his wife and children, was arrested on Thursday.

Ganesh Tambe brutally killed his wife Siddhi, 36, along with daughter Saylee, 7, and son Shubham, 5, after an altercation at their home in Padmawati Complex, Bolinj village on Wednesday.

“Our officers got a tip-off that Ganesh was hiding at the Palghar railway station. We immediately sent a team to nab him. Ganesh was under the influence of alcohol. We got to know that he had stopped going to work for the past two months and had been planning to kill his wife and kids for some time,” said Anil Sandbhor, senior inspector of the Virar police station.
