Want to buy a Rs6-crore apartment in Pune’s tallest building? Sorry, they are sold out!

All 24 apartments in the 100-metre skyscraper, God’s Blessings in Koregaon Park, built by Swapnali Bhosale Constructions (SBC), a part of Avinash Bhosale Group (ABG), have been handed over to owners.

But the good news is that SBC is coming up with more such projects in the city’s prime locations. God’s Blessings, the tallest luxury residential tower, has 24 floors each with a 7,500-square-foot apartment. The height of each floor is 3.8 metres, much higher than industry standards.

Each apartment is designed in a cold shell format to enable customers to modify their interiors. It has a private plunge pool dotted with landscape terraces, French windows, customised video security, swimming pool, private party lawns, future-equipped gyms, spa, yoga room, salon and billiards.

Apartment owners have been given membership of the five-star Hotel Westin, which gives them access to its gymnasium, spa and other facilities. Other value-added services include dedicated concierge and 24-hour helpdesk, apart from regular maintenance of common areas.

SBC ventured into real estate development, engaged in building high-end premium residential complexes in 2004.

Amit Bhosale’s daughter and SBC director, Swapnali Bhosale, told reporters on Thursday that it was difficult to find affordable bungalows in areas like Koregaon Park, and hence the firm thought of launching God’s Blessings.

SBC has collaborated with some of the leading interior designers and architectural consultants for this high-rise. For their upcoming projects also they are working with some top international designers and consultants.

More such high-end buildings are coming up near the University of Pune, Kalyaninagar and on Mangaldas Road. The Kalyaninagar project consists of three buildings with apartments of up to 8,000 square feet.

“The apartments in God’s Blessing were sold at Rs8,000 per square foot. Certainly, the cost of upcoming projects will be more,” she said.

The construction firm is also looking to expand into other cities like Mumbai and Bangalore and is in talks with leading international luxury majors to launch a key premium residential project.
