The central bank may consider one or more property for its use at different locations.
"The property/ies should be located in Shimla within an approximate radius of 5 km from 'Ridge' on Mall Road, Shimla/ State Government Secretariat, Chotta Shimla with adequate road access," the EOI specifies.
The RBI further said preference will be given to the property offered by state-owned banks, Public Sector Undertakings or government departments.
Inviting the bids till March 14, the central bank said offers from brokers will not be entertained and no brokerage will be paid.
The central bank is headquartered in Mumbai and has four zonal offices in Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai, in addition to 19 regional offices.
