Be a part of the Salad Boat Festival

Find everything from tossed greens to meat and noodle salad at Dao this month as it celebrates the Salad Boat Festival.

In an attempt to make Delhi a healthier city, Dao is offering six exotic Thai salads that have been specially crafted by masterchef Anil Kumar. One can savour numerous options starting with the basic Raw Mango Salad, you can try  authentic Thai flavours in Yam Tua Kaek, which is a French bean salad served with dry coconut and Thai chilli dressing, Yam Woon Sen is a glass noodle salad in a spicy tangy dressing with your choice of vegetables, chicken or seafood, Som Tom, which is a favourite raw papaya salad with green beans, cherry tomatoes, and crushed peanuts in a fiery thai sauce and Yam Phak Ruam Mit Krob, which is an exotic crispy vegetable salad tossed in a hot, sweet and sour dressing.

The presentation of the salads and flavours are impeccable. Apart from gorging on the salads, one can also try the maki rolls here as they are delicious!
