A 25-year-old married woman was on Monday night allegedly raped by her neighbor in Nainwa town of Bundi, while in another incident, a 10-year -old minor boy was allegedly sodomised by 17-yr-old boy in a village in Kota district.
The accused in both cases have been absconding, however the victims have today undergone medical examination in government hospitals. A 25-year-old married woman, resident of ward number 15 in Nainwa town lodged complaint with the police and alleged a 35-year-old man, identified as Sahazad Khan,a resident of Subhash Nagar area for raping her while she was sleeping in her room,told SHO at Nainwa police station Lakhan Lal Meena. The victim alleged that the accused entered her room late last night and forcibly raped her,he said.
The accused Sahazad Khan was booked under 376 of IPC and the victim was sent for medical examination,the SHO said.The accused in the matter has been rounded up and further investigation is underway, the SHO said.
On the other hand, a ten-year-old boy in Godliyahedi village of Kota district was on Monday night sodemised by a 17-year-old minor. The accused minor took the boy with him to some isolated place of the village and sodomised him, told SHO, Kaithun police station, Pushpendra Singh Hada. While the boy was getting back home from the spot of crime, the family members came to know of the incident and approached the police.The accused minor fled away after the incident, he added.
A case under section 377 of IPC and sections of POCSO Act has been lodged in the matter and efforts are underway to nab the accused minor,the SHO said. The boy was also sent for medical examination today, he added.
