BJP National President Amit Shah and other senior party leaders will monitor and conduct the works for Assembly elections from Bhopal. The polls will be held in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh in December this year. During the Assembly elections, Shah will hold regular camps in all the three states.
According to sources, the central BJP has decided to form a war room as a command centre of Assembly elections of three states in Bhopal. Apart from this, there will also be separate election war rooms in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. These two war rooms will work under the main war room of Bhopal.
Shah will camp for three to five days every month in Rajasthan but will spend more time in Bhopal. For the Assembly elections of the three states, the party’s electoral strategy will be decided by Bhopal’s Main War Room.
According to sources, Shah’s visit to Rajasthan will be decided after the appointment of a new state BJP president. It is worth mentioning here that the appointment of new state president is pending since Ashok Parnami resigned from the post on April 18. Once the new state president is appointed in Rajasthan, the programme of Shah’s tour and his residence will be finalised, said informed sources.
