Woman gang-raped in Gujarat

A woman was allegedly abducted and gang-raped by three persons in Tharad taluka of the district when she was on her way to meet her parents, police said today.
    
The incident took place yesterday night in Ashasan village of Tharad taluka, when the woman (20) was going to meet her parent in Lakhani village, they said.
    
Three men abducted the woman, took her to a secluded location and raped her. Of the three accused, two were identified as Vikram Thakore (30) and Vajir Thakore (31), while the third man was yet to be identified, police said.
    
Victim's mother has lodged a complaint against the trio and further investigations are on, they said.
