Warm morning for Delhiites

Winter is in its last phase in the national capital with the mornings getting more warmer than usual.
   
The minimum temperature was recorded at 14.6 degree Celsius, three degrees above normal, as against yesterday's 16.5 degrees Celsius, the highest in the last three years for February.
   
The mercury has been rising above normal levels for the past few days.
   
Forecasting clear sky for tomorrow, the Weatherman said, the minimum and maximum temperature will hover around 15 and 28 degrees Celsius respectively.
