Two people were killed and 24 others injured, five of them seriously, when a mini truck in which they were travelling overturned near Chakia village in Bihar's Begusarai district today.
The mishap took place when the driver of the vehicle lost control over it while negotiating a roadside ditch, deputy superintendent of police (Sadar), Vivekanand said.
One of the killed was a 35 year-old woman and another a male teeanger and were residents of Devana village.
The injured were admitted to Begusarai hospital where the condtions of five injured passengers was stated to be critical, the police added.
