Two people allegedly involved in inter-state liquor smuggling have been arrested here, police said today.
Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Raghuveer Singh and Ravindra Kumar Jadhav --both residents of Bihar from Gudamba area and recovered 2,220 bottles of foreign liquor from them yesterday.
The duo during interrogation have confessed to their involvement in inter-state liquor gang, they said, adding that a mini truck carrying liquor bottles was also seized.
