Three persons were today arrested and a large quantity of narcotics was recovered from their possession in Budgam district of central Kashmir, police said.
Three bags of poppy straw, a narcotic substance, was seized from the possession of Shamim Ahmad Bhat, Ghulam Nabi Bhat and Hafizullah Raina, residents of Kralwari-Chadoora, 17 Kms from here, a police spokesman said.
