Three dreaded naxalites including two women, have surrendered in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra, the police said today.
The Dalam members were identified as Jaswanda alias Deoli, Malu Aatla, 17, Mukesh alias Suresh Madavi, 20, and Shashikala alias Shashiakka Krishstaswamy, 20.
Jaswanda was a member of the Platoon Dalam since 2007 and also worked in Militia Dalam; Mukesh joined Milita dalam in 2006 and worked in the medical team from 2007 to July 2010. He was involved in three naxal attacks, they said.
Shashikala was a active member in Platoon Dalam from 2008 till last week. She was involved in seven naxal offences, police added.
