The dream of making a life for themselves in the national capital came crashing down for a 28-year-old engineer from Kolkata and a teenager from Bihar who were among the six people killed in the Metro bridge collapse here today.
    
DMRC site engineer Anshuman Pratihar and 18-year-old Niranjan were among the three people who were declared brought dead at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS. Badan Singh, 35, was also declared dead on arrival at the AIIMS.
    
Three more bodies which were pulled out from the debris could not be identified yet. A spokesperson of the AIIMS trauma centre told PTI that 15 persons, who were injured in the bridge collapse near Lady Sriram College in South Delhi's Lajpat Nagar, were taken to the hospital.
    
Of the 15 injured, three have been discharged while the condition of two is critical and the rest is stable, she said. Those who have been discharged are identified as Dhanajay, Pappu and Ravinder, the spokesperson said. She said autopsy on the bodies would be conducted once the relatives of the deceased reach here.
