Sushilkumar Shinde ready to help Tripura

Union power minister Sushilkumar Shinde today said he would help the northeastern state of Tripura bring investment in manufacturing industries.

"Tripura chief minister Manik Sarkar told me that the state government would provide land and support and other logistics to expedite the capacity addition programme through companies like BHEL, L&T-MHI, Bharat Forge-Alstom, and I will definitely facilitate the process," Shinde said while speaking at a seminar here today.
