Sri Lankan woman tourist dies in Muzaffarpur

A Sri Lankan woman tourist, part of a 35-member team, died of cardiac arrest at a hospital here on Friday night, official sources said.

Sixty-year-old Indu Alarige was touring Bihar's Vaishali district yesterday when she complained of uneasiness and severe chest pain.

She was rushed to Shrikrishna Medical College and Hospital here and died there later, hospital superintendent Sunil Sahi said today.

Her body was been kept at the hospital for necessary formalities.
