Seven people, including a woman and a minor girl, died after they allegedly consumed spurious liquor, police said today.

Five persons, including a woman and a minor girl, died yesterday, while two more persons died this morning in a government hospital of Beawar, they said. Two persons are still hospitalised where their condition is stated to be stable, Himmat Abhilash, Additional SP Ajmer (Rural) said.

The victims had complained of vomitting and stomach pain after consuming liquor on Thursday night at Atitmand village near Beawar and at Sadabhoj Ka Badia in Rajsamand, he said.
 
Villagers of Rajsamand identified as Mangal Singh (32), Laxman Singh (40), his wife Sugana (35) and daughter Sushila (15) and Anand Singh (40), have died, he said, adding, Sohan Singh (38) and Jeev Ram Singh (35) of Atitmand village died today.

The liquor was reportedly brought from Rajsamand, he said, adding, investigation into the matter is on.
