SMS helpline introduced by Northeast Frontier Railways

Any complaint regarding services or inconvenience faced by railway users can be made through the Short Messaging Service (SMS) to 9957550959, NF Railways sources said.

The Northeast Frontier Railway has introduced an SMS helpline from tomorrow for easy and quick redressal of public complains.

Any complaint regarding services or inconvenience faced by railway users can be made through the Short Messaging Service (SMS) to 9957550959, NF Railways sources said.

The complaint received will be processed for redressal urgently with intimation to the complainant and necessary action would be taken within 90 minutes of receipt of the text message.

The new helpline was introduced as NF Railway gave highest priority to providing better passenger servies and friendly passenger/public redressal system, the sources added.
