Six held for gangraping two tribal girls in Madhya Pradesh

The incident took place on the night of February 17 when they gangraped the minor girls in a field in Rajgadh village of Chattarpurt district, police said.

Six persons including a woman were arrested today in connection with the gangrape of two tribal teenaged girls here, police said.

Five accused identified as Rajesh, Harishanker, Pappu, Bhagwan Das and Nandu were held for gangrape while another--Radha Kushwaha-- was apprehended for helping them commit the crime,  Khajuraho sub divisional officer of police (SDOP) US Fikarvar said.
   
The incident took place on the intervening night of February 17-18 when they gangraped the minor girls in a field in Rajgadh village of  Chattarpurt district, police said.

Radha, who also hails from Rajgadh village, took the girls to Khajuraho on the premise of visiting a fair, where they met the five accused, who later sexually assaulted them, the SDOP said.
