Samajwadi Party accuses Congress, Shiv Sena, MNS of conniving

The Samajwadi Party today accused the Congress, Shiv Sena and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena of conniving against it.

Speaking at a convention here, Samajwadi Party leader from Maharashtra Abu Asim Azmi claimed it is the real friend of the minorities and said that he originally belongs to Uttar Pradesh and had gone to Maharashtra for some business.

Terming former senior SP leader Azam Khan as an opportunist, Azmi said, "Why does he (Azam) forgets that when SP formed the government with the help of Kalyan Singh, Azam too was a minister in that."

At that point of time, he never found any fault with Kalyan Singh, Azmi said. He also said that in addition to the BJP, the Congress too was responsible for the demolition of Babri Masjid.
