Malegaon bomb blast accused Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, currently lodged in a Mumbai jail, is likely to be produced before a local court on March 30 in connection with the murder of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) pracharak Sunil Joshi.

The latest summons in this regard was issued by Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Padmesh Shah last evening.

Thakur, an accused in the murder case, was earlier supposed to be present in the court, first on March 9 and then on March 21. But she was not granted permission by the Mumbai Courts because of other cases pending against her.

Vasudev Parmar and Anand Raj Kataria, other accused in the case, were present in the court.

Joshi, a suspect in the Samjhauta Express bomb blast, was shot dead in Dewas in December 2007.

Pragya, an alleged member of right-wing Hindu group Abhinav Bharat, was arrested in 2008 for the blast at Malegaon, Nashik district, in the same year.

Six people were killed and many others wounded in the explosion in the communally sensitive town.
