Police nab kidnappers in Ludhiana

Punjab police today arrested two men who allegedly kidnapped a young boy and handed over thechild to his parents within seven hours of the incident.
    
Ludhiana deputy commissioner Police (DCP) Pramod Ban told reporters that Rahul, a resident of Ludhiana, and Karan Alias Narinder, hailing from Jalandhar and at present residing as a tenant in Haibowal, were arrested for allegedly kidnapping Nikhil Kansal.
