Peaceful protests by BJP and relay sit-in by Yoga guru Ramdev's followers were held here today against his forceful eviction from New Delhi.
The state unit of BJP led by president Arun Chaturvedi held a peaceful protest at Badi Chaupad with hundreds of workers along with leaders Ramdas Agrawal and Ghanshyam Tiwari.
The protest will continue till 7 pm today. Several followers of Baba Ramdev donned black arm bands and continued their relay sit-in at Udyog maidan near statue circle.
Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) activists also took out a rally in the Rajasthan university campus and protested against the central government's action.
