One killed in Ghaziabad encounter

An alleged criminal was killed in an encounter with police here today while three of his accomplices managed to flee, police said.
 
On a tip off, a police party intercepted a vehicle in Mohan Nagar area and when the alleged criminals opened fire, they retaliated, a senior police official said.
 
In the retaliatory fire, one of the criminals was killed while three others managed to flee from the spot in a car.
