One arrested in murder of MBA student

One person was held for allegedly murdering an MBA student in south Delhi, taking the total number of those arrested in the case to two, police said today. An accomplice of the two, Arjun Acharya, is absconding and police is on his lookout.
 
Arun Raghav (21) was arrested in connection with the murder of Anand Tiwari (26) on May 26. Raghav and Acharya allegedly helped their friend Rahul Chadda, who did not like the victim getting close with his ex-girlfriend, police said. Chaddha was arrested on June eight.
 
Probe revealed that the cause of the murder was study tour to Switzerland, where Tiwari and the girl along with others were to go on May 26, when the former was found murdered. "Chadda came to know about it and he allegedly decided to get rid of Tiwari as he felt jealous. He roped in other two friends and called Tiwari to Sanjay Van area and murdered him," the official said.
 
Tiwari, who hails from a family in Indrapuri area in Kolkata, was a final year MBA student at the IIPM in south Delhi and was found bludgeoned to death in a drain near a walking track in Sanjay Van of Katwariya Sarai.
