Nitin Gadkari wants BJP workers to imbibe ideals of Nanaji Deshmukh

BJP national president, Nitin Gadkari, has called upon his party workers to study the life and deeds of the late Nanaji Deshmukh and imbibe his ideals in their lives to bring about social and economic changes in the country.

"One should learn from the life of Nanaji Deshmukh to change the face of society," the BJP president said last evening at a function at the Deendayal Research Institute in the Satna district.

Gadkari said that late Deshmukh had changed the picture in as many as 800 villages and if BJP workers followed him, they could change the face of the whole country.

He said politics was not the goal but the means for the BJP to bring about desired social changes.
