Modi schedules meet to review ground situation for assembly polls

Ahead of the assembly polls due at the end of the year, chief minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday asked the in-charge ministers of all districts to coordinate with all MLAs and review the ground situation. The meeting was held at the minister’s enclave community hall in Gandhinagar.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) began its preparation for the assembly polls with the Sadbhavana fast by the CM last September. The party has made elaborate plans to strengthen its booth and voter management.
