Minor raped by landlord in Dehradun

An old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor daughter of his tenant at Dalanwala area, police said today.

The 12-year-old girl was raped by Ram Kumar (60) when she was alone in her house last evening, they said.
     
Kumar also threatened the girl of dire consequences if she disclosed the matter to anyone.
      
Later, the victim's father, a labourer, lodged a report with the police who arrested Kumar.
      
The medical examination of the girl has confirmed rape.
