Three illeagal mini gun factories were today unearthed in Bihar's Maoist-affected
Munger district.
Additional superintendent of police Shreedhar Mandal said police raided Bardah village in the district following specific information and apprehended two people red-handed while they were making .9 mm pistols. A huge quantity of ammunitions were also seized from the spot.
Mandal said the arrested were identified as those for whom the police were on the look out for a long time and they had even managed to give the slip several times.
The illegal gun factories had been sealed and efforts were on to nab their owners, Mandal said.
