Militant hideout busted along LoC in Poonch

Army troops today busted a militant hideout and recovered a cache of ammunition and explosives near the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Acting on a tip-off, troops of 40 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) conducted a search operation near the LoC at Sabzian area of Poonch district, 260 km from here today, police said.

Around 2,250 rounds of AK rifle and 51 UBGL grenades were recovered during the search, which is still underway, they said.
